This course is designed to open you to the healing benefits of Reiki that you can use on yourself and your family and friends.   During the course of the day you will be shown how to experience energy fields around the body and receive Reiki attunements and empowerments.   You will also be shown how to carry out self-healing treatments and enjoy a Reiki meditation.
