June Sayer
June's enthusiasm and passion for homeopathy has given her the opportunity of treating a variety of people who have been suffering from a wide range of complaints both acute and chronic during the 18 years that she has been in practice. Homeopathy is non-toxic, non-addictive and safe for all ages, incluing pregnant women and has been known to help where other treatments may not have.
June continued to expand her professional development by qualifying in Nutrition and Iridology and finds these useful additions to her practice. She is a Reiki Master and has recently added the Reiki Drumming technique to her skills.
June was a regular speaker at the South East Essex Homeopathy group offering advice to members of the public about the benefits of homeopathy and how it could be safely used at home in first-aid situations and has delivered lectures on homeopathy on behalf of the Plaskett Nutritional Medicine College to students of nutrition.
June's deep love of the healing art of Homeopathy culminated in her opening Sunningdale College of Homeopathy in 2003 as a training centre for people wishing to train for an independent career in homeopathy. The college is now known as Sapphire Complementary Health & Training Centre and is based in the centre of Southend. June teaches all aspects of the homeopathic training course and continues to carry on her practice at this centre.
June is one of the five founder members of the second largest registering organisation representing professional homeopaths in the UK, the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths (ARH) and currently holds the post of Education Director for this organisation. Her other duties within ARH include working as a team member of the widely respected homeopathic journal Homeopathy in Practice, produced by ARH. She has also been involved in the assessment process of newly qualified homeopathic graduates of other colleges prior to their entry onto the ARH register.
June and other members of the homeopathic profession working alongside Skills for Health have recently revised the National Occupational Standards for Homeopathy, and is now a team member involved in the revision of the Education Guidelines.
