After your Vega testing, you will be given a list of items that you have shown a sensitivity to and practical suggestions on how to avoid the offending items.  Some clients may also find it helpful to support their systems with homeopathic remedies or nutritional supplements.

Young children can easily become distracted during the Vega testing process, so for our younger clients, we use muscle testing instead of vega testing.  In this case, the mother or father acts as a surrogate.
