A warm welcome awaits you at Sapphire (formerly Sunningdale) Complementary Health and Training Centre situated in the centre of Southend where you will find a wide range of complementary health treatments to choose from that  could put you on the path to health and well-being.

The centre is run by June Sayer who has a wealth of experience within the field of complementary health.

Sapphire Complementary Health and Training Centre is easily reached by public transport and is within walking distance of both Southend Victoria and Southend Central main line rail stations and for those who use their own transport a pay-and-display car park can be found opposite our building.

We are within easy reach of Westcliff, Chalkwell, Hadleigh, Leigh, Thorpe Bay, Shoeburyness, Canvey Island as well as being just 10 minutes walk away from The Cliffs Pavillion and Southend Pier.
